SHILAJIT

We start with Shilajit, an exudate found in the high mountains of India and Nepal. For centuries, this powder made from gradually decomposed plants has been treasured for its rejuvenating and longevity capabilities. In addition, Shilajit has been shown to promote both body and brain health in myriad ways, in addition to contributing to physical strength.

NMN

Working alongside the Shilajit is NMN (Nicotinamide Mononucleotide), a precursor to the vital compound NAD+, which is vital healthy aging to human biosynthesis. As we age, our levels of the coenzyme NAD+ are downregulated, leading to DNA breakdown, cognitive decline, inflammation, and general struggles associated with aging. RESVERATROL

Review of amptogen

I paid close attention to how I was feeling during the days that I added Amptogen to my daily supplements. 5 days? I wondered if this is enough time to really notice an effect. Day 2 I definitely felt more energy. Inclined to think of it as a placebo effect. Day 3…Couldn’t decide. Day 4 and Day 5 I did seem to get more done. I will definitely try this product for a longer period.

Trial from the sample pack I received was too short to be definitive but energy levels seems improved over the trial period. The day after my sample back ran out, I could tell my body wasn’t “humming along” like it was the prior week. I wish a bottle was a little cheaper tho.
